Does have a good layer of oil on it, so Im sure if it was used in serving food or what other purpose
But the wood is well preserved
From what I can find, it seems early 1900s
Has pressed resin and mother on pearl into the carvings
No makers mark, but it does have a poem
Measures 10"x8.5"x2"
